Meet our team

Vanessa Roque

MS, BCBA
President, Owner

Vanessa has been practicing ABA since 2008. She has over 15 years experience in the field. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida International University in 2010. She became a BCaBA and practiced with children and teens with various disabilities. She went on to the esteemed ABA graduate program at Florida State University where she earned a Master of Science in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis. After this she earned her BCBA in 2013.

Vanessa has significant experience in various arenas from children to adults, clinics, home based, secure facilities, group homes and other settings. She has presented research at state conferences and spoken on panels at professional conferences. She has a passion for the science of human behavior and a devotion to helping children with special needs.

In 2015 she opened Limitless Learning ABA to provide home and school based ABA therapy. In 2020 she opened the beautiful rainbow clinic in Doral. The goal was to create a warm safe space for kids to learn, be supported and surrounded by caring therapists.

On her down time Vanessa loves cooking, weightlifting and spending time with her family.

Yesenia Lauzurique

BS Office Manager
Yesenia has been employed by Limitless Learning since early 2019. She began as the company’s first administrative assistant and is now the Office Manager and serves as the human resources representative. Before joining Limitless, she had 13 years of experience working with children (including children with special needs) as an accomplished performing arts teacher. Yesenia has a bachelor of science in communication from Florida International University and is currently pursuing HR courses. It is of utmost importance to Yesenia to be able serve our clients to the best of her ability, to aid our amazing and hard-working staff, to provide resources for parents and staff, and to eliminate whatever stress she can from the shoulders of all the incredible parents we work with.

When not running around the halls of Limitless, Yesenia enjoys reading, arts and crafts, and spending time with her loving family. She continues to teach Middle Eastern dance.

Nicole Grille

MA, BCBA
Nicole has been practicing ABA since 2014. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida International University in 2014, here her passion for Applied Behavior Analysis grew. She continued to work in the field as an RBT as she earned her Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2018 at Florida Institute of Technology. She then earned her BCBA in 2019. She been working for Limitless Learning since 2018 and has experience with children from 2-15 years old in home, clinic and school settings. She presented research at professional conferences. She has a passion for early learners and dedication to children with special needs.

On her down time, she loves to create designs on Cricut and spend time with her family.

Alexander Grosso
MA, BCBA
Alexander is a dedicated professional in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), with over 7 years of experience in the industry. His journey began in 2016 when he embarked on an internship, and it was during this time that his love and passion for the science of ABA began to grow. Alexander worked with children between the ages of 3 and 15, gaining valuable experience in a variety of different settings.

In 2017, Alexander received his Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, marking an important milestone in his career. Shortly after obtaining this certification, he graduated with a Bachelor of Psychology from Florida International University.

Determined to further his knowledge and expertise, Alexander enrolled in the master’s Hybrid ABA program at Florida Institute of Technology in 2018 and earned a master’s degree in applied behavior analysis in the fall of 2020.

Alexander obtained his BCBA in 2021 then joined Limitless Learning, an organization that shares his passion for helping children with special needs. Since becoming a part of Limitless Learning, Alexander’s dedication and devotion to his work have only grown stronger, as he thrives in an environment surrounded by like-minded individuals who share his unwavering passion.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Alexander enjoys spending quality time with his family, engaging in weightlifting activities, and exploring new destinations through travel.

Keysha Velez
MA, BCBA
Keysha is a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from Miami, FL. She holds a Master of Arts in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University and has earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Florida International University. With a strong educational background and extensive experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Keysha has provided behavior analytic services to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.

She is deeply committed to improving the quality of life for individuals on the spectrum by developing and implementing individualized treatment plans and skill acquisition programs. Her expertise lies in conducting assessments, analyzing data, and providing training to ensure effective program implementation.

Keysha’s BCBA style is one of warmth and understanding. Her clients feel comfortable and happy when she’s around and the staff she manages appreciate her support and empathetic approach to therapy.

On her personal time, Keysha likes to be a tourist in her own city, go on bike rides, and spend time with family and friends.

Johander Fernandez
Lead RBT
Jo has been part of team Limitless since 2018! He was formerly a crossfit coach and his passion for positive reinforcement, enthusiasm and helping people be there best made him an amazing candidate to become an RBT. Over the years he has become one of the best RBTs any child could hope to work with. He is considered a “big kid” here and his clients, their parents and families all love when they get to work with Mr Jo. He is now a lead RBT and takes pride in pushing his colleagues and his clients to be their best. His approach to therapy is fun, wacky and caring.

In his spare time Jo enjoys spending time with his wife/ best friend and his dog. He also streams video games on twitch!
